Wow.

I wanted to share some thoughts before my sessions start for the day.  So you may have to forgive my rambling... I've felt like talking lately.  ha  ha...

It's official... it's December.  I looked at my calendar last night and couldn't believe that "tomorrow" was December!  {And on a little side note, what a way to bring in the new month... Sadie is getting SO strong.  She's moving around like crazy...  I can't wait to meet her and share her with you all!}  Just over 10 weeks to go!

So, it's 24 more days until Christmas.  I'm very excited and just a little nervous.  Nope, I don't have my shopping all done yet!  We did put our tree up yesterday and it was SO much fun for the kids!  It was nice to watch them...  I'm SO very thankful this year.  It's really amazing the difference that a year can make!  I've thought a lot lately about the passage of time.  We spend lots of time looking forward to things, but it's equally as important to cherish the moments...  to enjoy those sweet baby kicks because one day they'll be no more.  She'll be born and we'll never have this time to ourselves again.  I think that's one reason photography is so important to me.  I've begun to realize how quickly time passes. 

I think the excitement of Christmas is in full bloom with Hannah!  She was SO cute at our session... so full of energy and smiles!  She even set up this shot herself!  She wanted the gifts in the back.  She got in the bucket and she just HAD to include the ornaments.  TOO cute!!  More of Hannah and her baby sister, Lily to come later...
