Baby Lotion & Remote Controls

Baby lotion & remote controls.... yes, they are there.  But they're not the most important things in these images.  My babies are!  I took a break from proofing today to capture some moments.  Moments in my life that I've been missing out on.  I'm not sure that I always capture personalities, but it's what I strive for.  Sure, I love the images where everyone has that genuine smile and it's all aimed right at the camera.  But this is them... Savannah, Alex & Sadie sitting on the couch just being them.

Savannah is a little Momma to Sadie.  She's really helping me a lot this summer when I'm working.  I'm so thankful that I'll always have these memories of them *playing* together.

Savannah has really gotten better about running when I get my camera out.  Really... who could blame them.  When I was first learning as much as I could about photography, I took their pictures ALL the time! :)  But Alex is still my shy one...  though he did eventually come around.
