Y'all...  I'm going to be very honest here.  Shane and I stopped shooting weddings last year (aside from the occasional 1 or 2 per year).  And about 6 months ago, I had decided that this would be my last year to shoot senior sessions.  And then it happened... I have had a FLOOD of seniors and I've had the BEST time.  I've made friends and met the nicest, coolest folks.  Did I mention lately that I LOVE what I do?!  ♥  And I would have laid in a bed of 1000 ants for this shot.  Oh wait, I did that.  haaaa... It wasn't quite 1000 but this beautiful Class of 2017 Senior was worth it!

Routine.  I crave it.  I'm sitting here thinking about how I will be glad when school is back in session and we are in our routine again.  Then I laugh out loud.  It's structured chaos around here.  At best.  ;) But I really wouldn't have it any other way.  I've been super busy at the end of 2016 and the beginning of 2017 with families and 1st birthday sessions and brand new babies.  It's the beginning of something so special for me when you invite me into your lives.  And I hope to create photographs that are just as special to you.
